Pilates Mixed Equipment Class

Winter is upon us! Whether you ski, snowboard, or snowshoe....come in and get your core ready for a great season ahead! Start your day out right and work on your core strength, balance, breath, and body awareness in a Pilates circuit on mixed equipment.


This is a great way to prepare for winter sports, bring your performance to the next level, and experience different pieces of classic Pilates equipment.

Intermediate level.

Series of 6 classes $120:
