Becky Kellogg MS PT, is a practicing licensed physical therapist, certified Pilates instructor, artist, avid gardener, and founder of Farm to Treatment Table.  She has a unique ability to bridge Western medical knowledge and alternative healing techniques.

A true passion for helping others drives Becky's practice.  She believes strongly in educating and empowering her clients to take control of their own bodies.

Becky's primary goal with all of her clients is to get people back to doing what they love.

Becky graduated with honors from Regis University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2000.  She has continued to develop her skill set with a massage therapy certification from the Center of Advanced Therapeutics, a certification to teach Pilates via Polestar, and numerous continuing education courses including trigger point dry needling, running assessment, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and most recently visceral mobilization. Over her 20+ year career, Becky has successfully worked with numerous orthopeadic and chronic pain patients, taught private and group Pilates sessions, and managed a busy out-patient physical therapy clinic.

As a life long athlete, Becky has a good understanding of the "weekend warrior" mentality.  She enjoys yoga, skiing, hiking, and any exercise outside with her dogs.

She is very excited to own her own physical therapy practice where she can continue to provide excellent care to each client, as well as have the freedom of more time and autonomy in her treatment sessions.
