Physical Therapy


Physical therapy treatments focus on preventative care, rehabilitation to decrease pain, promote mobility, and improve function.... in short, to get you back doing what you love! Skilled techniques include but are not limited to: Soft tissue mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization/manipulation, trigger point dry needling, visceral mobilization, muscle energy techniques, kinesio taping, and rehabilitative based Pilates.

What kinds of injuries can physical therapy help?

Becky has many years experience in her practice, and has seen countless variations of sprains, strains and pains in a wide age range of patients. The most common complaint is low back pain, but other diagnoses that benefit from skilled physical therapy include (but are not limited to):

  • Headaches

  • TMJ (jaw) pain 

  • Whiplash injuries 

  • Sports injuries 

  • Chronic pain

Pilates

 

Rehabilitative based Pilates is excellent for transition from physical therapy back to recreation. It helps with  prevention of injury, and preparation for specific sports/recreation. Pilates addresses posture, balance, breath, core strength, control, and alignment through movement.....and it's fun!   F2TT is equipped with several pieces of Pilates equipment for one on one instruction.
